Humaniti carries out a data refresh of accounts once every 24-48 hours. As such, if you are missing transactions, it is likely due to one of the below reasons:
- Your accounts may not have been refreshed yet. Once Humaniti has refreshed the accounts, the transactions will be presented.
- Your account may be disconnected. If your account is disconnected, we will not be able to fetch the latest transactions. You will see a notification saying "Disconnected. Learn more". Follow the notification to understand the steps to relink your accounts.
To view all recent transactions, simply select "View all transactions" from the spending screen to see the most recent transactions that are synced with Humaniti.
