We aim to close a survey once enough people have participated. If you've been invited to a survey but when you click it the survey is no longer open, we'll notify you and also add 15c to your balance to thank you for your time. As such, please ensure to complete a survey as soon as you receive an invite so you can qualify for the maximum survey amount.
In other cases, you may not qualify for a survey after answering initial profiling questions. This is because some businesses and partners that we work with need to ensure that the feedback they gain is from specific profile groups. In these cases, qualifying questions are required to ensure you fit the target profile. If you meet the profile, the survey will proceed. If not, you will not qualify. If you do not qualify, we will still award you 15c to thank you for your time. Other surveys may have broader criteria, so you should not experience this issue in all cases. Members that have connected their primary bank accounts also experience less survey screen outs.
We also donate 10% of all survey awards to charity and purify 4 liters of water for every survey completed (including those where you are awarded 15c). So while you may not earn the full award, by taking part you are still helping those most in need.
