To link your bank account, you will need to enter your usual bank login details. If you are having trouble linking your account, please contact us, we are here to help. To help us identify the problem, and make sure we get you up and running quickly, please include the following information in your request:
- The name of the bank or super institution you are trying to link - e.g. Commbank or Colonial First state.
- The device and browser you’re using.
- A screenshot of any error message that appears once you enter your login details. If you can’t attach a screenshot a brief description of what appears when you try to link your accounts is great.
