To link your bank account, you will need to enter your usual bank login details. If you are having trouble linking your account, please contact us at support@humaniti.com . We are here to help.
To help us identify the problem, and make sure we get you up and running quickly, please include the following information in your request:
- The name of the bank, share trading platform, or super institution you are trying to link - e.g. Commbank or Colonial First state.
- How you're using Humaniti - e.g. on your laptop, via the iOS app, or Android app.
- A screenshot of any error message that appears once you enter your login details. If you can’t attach a screenshot a brief description of what appears when you try to link your accounts is great.
