To recategorise your transactions, log into your Humaniti app and go to the Spending chart section on your dashboard. Here, you can recategorise any uncategorised transaction by clicking the transaction and then hitting the category option. This will show a list of all available categories. Choose the new category you desire and click on Apply Changes to save the changes.
We usually automatically categorise all your transactions but unfortunately in cases where we cannot identify the merchant, we cannot bulk apply changes.
