Survey frequency depends on a number of factors – mostly survey availability and the type of people businesses or charities are looking to speak to.
We use de-identified spending data to select members for surveys, so by linking your accounts, you will increase your opportunity to earn. In addition, you can increase the likelihood that you will qualify for more surveys by ensuring your profile is up to date, and by completing your welcome survey.
Members with connected accounts can expect to qualify for 2-3 surveys per week. You will always receive a notification to take a survey whenever a new survey is available.
