You will see a message to re-connect or re-link your account if you change your login details at your institution, or if a re-connection is required to ensure your transactions and balance information is up to date. To re-link your account, follow the prompts and re-enter your login details.
If you use multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your financial account, you will see a prompt to re-link your account each time you launch the Humaniti app. To re-link your account, follow the prompts and re-enter your MFA code.
